I have seen the same a while back with Windows Computers (not mobile
phone). 
I believe it has to do with the way Windows define networks properties
being Private or Public, and what workgroup you belong to.
You should try to delete your found WiFi network from your phone and
then reboot the phone and search for your WiFi again from scratch.

Don't ask me how to do that on a Windows phone. I never had one myself.
I just remember that's what I did when I had the same problems on a
Windows computer.
