recall any of the skins using a hard coded title, and the localised
strings all
come from strings.txt (unless you specifically create a
slimserver-strings.txt
file for custom strings).
Maybe you can coax it into flusing by changing the language in server
settings
to something else, then back to english.

i hadn't thought about that. i would think it would be odd to have the
EXE include all of the strings.
i suppose it is possible. in that case, try copying that string to
slimserver-strings.txt. That should still be loaded, though I would
still expect the exe to load the strings on execution.
