The Boom sounds *much* better than any of these new things, despite all the years. I now have a Boom in my Bedroom, one in a separate location, and a spare one. Great sound.
As to Sonos... I guess if I hadn't owned SBs, I'd plonked down the money. But the only Sonos box I'd get is basically like a Squeezebox Receiver, but at twice the price.
