Roughly 5mm - also there's a bit of plastic in the kit which looks like it should fit over the connectors but I couldn't see why it's needed or where to put it so I left it off - let me know how you get on with it ( a picture would be good as I might have assembled it wrongly) We can't stop here this is bat country.
