Thanks for the replies. I thought I had fixed this by fixing all player outputs at 100% but unfortunately it hasn't.
To answer a few questions. All players are wired. The touch is connected via USB. I'll be doing some testing with other digital connections and post back results. I've just upgraded to the latest version of LMS so will test with this before making any other changes. I was running 7.7.6. I'm using the old DAC in another room with another Touch which is working fine. I previously had the server on a Windows 7 PC which no longer works so going to 10 seemed the easiest way to keep all playlists etc. The server side seems to be working fine to be fair.
