Thanks Richard, Actually I`ve installed/ reinstalled until I`m blue in the face, and still I have this problem! I agree with you that it is a peculiar case, and I confess I can`t understand it. Kevin at "Support" mentioned it could be a firewall issue, but he hasn`t got back to me yet...so I`m at the mercy of those more skilled than myself(who hasn`t got a background in computing).
