I haven't done it in a while - and thus can't recall the steps necessary - but in, say, Audacity it's pretty easy to make your own loop mp3. So an option is to point the Radio Alarm at an existing mp3 file on your local server that is itself a slef-made loop - and that looping can last as long as you want.
