I have the WiFi6 standard interference problem with my SB Radio. The
source is a neighbor WiFi not my WiFi router.

The symptom I have is while I successfully connect to my WiFi network,
but after a period of time the Radio will drop the connection. A reboot
fixes it for a short period of time, then the connection is dropped and
the red wifi symbol appears.

What you describe as not being able to connect at all might be a
different problem. I have had random difficulties with the Radio
wanting to connect with my WiFi network. A reboot (a long press of the
power button to turn the display off and then press to turn back on
again) I think solved the problem.

Can you try using an ethernet connection? (FYI, it does not
automatically switch to ethernet, you will need to go into advanced
settings.)

Did you recently get a new WiFi router that uses the WiFi6 standard?
If yes, then perhaps the WiFi6 incompatibility is causing it not to
connect.

The last resort is a factory reset to see if you can connect.
