Time to resurrect this old thread (still seems most relevant). Through my ISP I have an AndroidTV box. I have acquired a Logitech Z625 which has a SPDIF imput. Originally for an old Samsung TV, but I've been thinking that once connected to the TV box, I can install (I imagine) bluegaspode's Squeezeplayer App and voila I have a player for the living room. Will try out in the next couple of days and report back.
