I posted this in another thread (where it will probably get ignored [emoji3]) but does anyone have any idea why a loopback recording made in Audacity is so obviously different to the waveform of the original audio file? https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?p=1067023 I played the file in Squeezelite-X, Squeezeplay and Foobar 2000 with the same results. The waveform is clearly a different shape. I am (not for the first time) confused.
