.pref and managed to get back in but lost settings. What does
securitySecret: do in the .pref file?
it is for cross site request forgery blocking. see server
settings->security at the bottom of the page. It would not have helped
you get back from a lost password. Losing the prefs did that by
reverting to the defaults only, which has no password.
