I don't have my PSP in front of me, but are there any browser configuration settings that the PSP allows you to play with?
Do you have any sort of firewall software on your server box that is set up to only accept traffic from certain addresses? Have you tried giving your PSP the same address as one of your other computers that work as a client and then see if it works? Again, just throwing out some ideas, Mitch P.S.
