Thank you, I thought I was tripping or something. I'm assuming the power button on the remote won't actually send a magic packet to run startup on the pc as well. (?) Your argument sounds good, Pat, but if you put all your PC electronics in a box that size it's going to be 'hot to the touch' as well.
