Hi, I am a SB3 user with version 6.2.1. I have followed the instructions on the "get started" page to download all the true font types for Chinese characters. But it didn't work. Couldn't display any Chinese characters on both Web interface and SB3.
I am using Windows Xp. I would be very grateful if anyone can point me to the right direction.
