Hi, catch your soundcard output with 'OddcastV3Standalone' (http://www.oddsock.org/) and stream it with 'Shoutcastserver' (http://www.shoutcast.com/download/serve.phtml). Open this stream manualy as a radiostation like every other shoutcaststation.
