Here in the UK the quality of Amazon's after sales service is second to none. My daughter's Creative Zen Micro developed a fault eight months after buying it from Amazon. I emailed them asking how to get it repaired and within half an hour they emailed back saying they would give a full refund! Naturally, I ordered a replacement Zen Micro for her... from Amazon.
