Well persistence pays off. Got it all figured out. I was using the wrong ip address to replace "yourserver."
To figure out your ip address on a windows computer click Start and Run. Then type cmd in the Open field. At the DOS prompt, type ipconfig and press enter which will give you the ip address. Then on your browser type http://ipaddress:9000. Do not add "handheld" at this point. You should then be logged on and you can change the default setting to handheld to have it look proper on your palm.
