I lost all of my music files in a major screwup, so now I'm ripping again. I was trying to update my backup HD using SyncToy. I don't know what went wrong, but I ended up with an empty folder on one hard drive and one that was all but useless on the other. Files were so messed up (Etta James under Cold Chisel and some albums with only one or two songs) that I decided it was easier just to begin ripping again -- 400+ CD's. I'll never use SyncToy again. I just wish I knew what went wrong.
