Well I'd opened a ticket with support concerning this issue and they have acknowleged the bug and are chalking it up to bug # 2095 - and then they closed the ticket. So far it's just a few of my cd's that are affected with this problem so I can jsut rip those to aiff for now.
The last e-mail i got from support stated that "From what I understand, the developers are reviewing the details for an upcoming update." We'll see what happens.
