I have a Qnap TS-101 & run Win XP PRO on my PC. In order to synchronise files & create backups of key data files onto my Qnap I use an excellent piece of software called "Second Copy". It is easy to set up schedules & backup over networks, & having used this software for over 4 years I can recommend it 100%
