I suspect Radish's estimate might be quite close. Multiple owbership arises in two ways; people like me who have bought more than one generation of product (in my case I have an SB1 and an SB2 and I'm awfully tempted by the Transporter which, with the free SB3 would be four products) and people who buy more than one for a distributed music system. Since some owners will have more than two products, I don't think an average of 2 is an unreasonable assumption.
