Well I did the clean install and once again it is trying to guess tags from my directory structure for about half my songs. These songs have good tags they are the same songs that have been in my library since before I had a SlimServer!
Since it was a clean install, it put back the settings for guessing tags. I removed it and tried clear and rescan again, but it is just continuing on with the original scan.
