I have no idea what FileCache is actually holding, but on my system it's 21mb in ~5000 files. My library is ~12000 tracks taking well over 200GB. Thus, the size of the cache doesn't seem directly linked to the size of the library. Maybe a dev could chime in with some details of what it's actually caching :)
