currently, you can't. In 7.0a1 builds, there is an experimental ui (meaning it may go away if people don't like it or if it becomes annoying to maintain) that allows you to click a link to make the text appear or disappear in the fishbone skin.
for current releases, you'll have to resort to editing a file.
