I realized the other day that the reason SS was crashing for me was the Fishbone interface! I had been using the default interface for several weeks, since I had switched back to 6.3. The other day, I figured I try going back to Fishbone, and lo and behold, SS shut down, right in the middle of a song. Once I realized the problem, I was not sure what to do, because I couldn't get back in to the SlimServer web app. Then, I figured out I could change the interface setting in the configuration file, and voila, SS was back up. There's something fishy with Fishbone (sorry, I should've thrown back that pun).
