I live in the Uk and my experience of logitech has been nothing but excellent. I had a conflict between a logitech device and a PCi card on my computer. I ended up on first name terms with a support guy in europe and he battled away with the problem until everything was sorted. Very friendly, so i just suggest folks should remain positive. Pass on your feedback and i'm hopeful of the spirit of co-operation continuing.
