What most people call "computer speakers" have amplifiers in them and are meant to take a line-level input, not the output of an amplifier even as small as the T-Amp. I'm not surprised that noise was amplified to an intolerable level, and I don't think you'll like the results with music either. What you want is either passive speakers with or active (computer) speakers without the T-Amp.
