You're obviously not in the UK. The Nait should be grounded through the mains lead - the ground is connected to the metal chassis and provides a safety earth in the event of an internal fault making the metalwork live. Maybe if you're on 110V this isn't considered necessary ...
If you can, I would experiment by making an earth connection between the 0V pins on one of the Nait's input DINs, and mains earth.
