Zone alarm is my Firewall, anti-spam and anti-virus solution. So, by shutting it down, I did follow the instructions :-)
Oops, sorry, I didn't know Zonelabs are selling antivirues as well... But you still seem to have something blocking from write access to the temporary folder (or at least those *.MY* files mentioned in the log). You could use FileMon (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/filemon.mspx) to see what program this.
