There are a bunch of pre-made squeezebox pronto files on http://www.remotecentral.com, a couple of them include replacement IR files for the slimserver that let you map more buttons that don't exist on the normal squeezebox remote.
I know, but having a custom IR map file is a bit overkill. I'm just missing a Favorites-button which is already included to Slim_Devices_Remote.ir file.
So I did a quick reading how to parse Pronto's IR hex (http://www.hifi-remote.com/infrared/IR-PWM.shtml) and encoded Slim's
favorites (768918e7) to Pronto.
