Just been playing around with the above. Anyone using slimserver should check this out for ripping. Still in beta, but it is very stable and functional. The only feature I am personally waiting for is a multi-encoder (encode simultaneously to two codecs).
Key benefits for slimserver users: Retrieves album art at point of ripping and names it "folder.jpg" (how cool is that !) You can specify "album artist" tag when ripping,... great for compilations. Makes great use of dual core processors.
