thanks to those who were sending in trouble tickets to support. even those who sent multiple ones to have us "start to take note". actually, we were aware of the situation immediately thanks to extensive statistics and automated warning systems, but took us a while to weed out the problem due to the complexity of our ISP's global distribution system.
