Cheers Siduhe, Tried what you suggested, removed the playlist setting, added the file extensions to F-secure. I also tried removing use itunes setting and setting the music folder to the directory I wished to be scanned.
My Music isn't on a network drive. I have a PCI SATA drive card and when I added it, the bios just assigned H: to it and I never changed it. I monitiored scanner the task manager and it tick's over nicely at 54,000K then all of a sudden it ramps up to 435,000k then crashes. In the log it always ends on the same album 2007-01-26 14:07:57.6992 -- VA postcheck for album 'Futuresex/Lovesounds' (id: [107]).
