You do have some buffer fill problems, but it doesn't seem to be caused by poor wireless strength or anything server related.
That leaves interference. Does this happen when you use a microwave oven or cordless phone? Are you near neighbors with such devices? You might want to play around with a wireless survey, changing channels, antenna orientation and the like.
