That seems pretty harsh. I bought my SB last week. I've had a few issues and some questions. I've received a lot of assistance and guidance. I'm not looking to reinvent the wheel and these forums have helped me learn for the trials of those who have been there. Consider yourself lucky to be able to interact with others who own the same product you do.
