munka, I would set the unit to do a full clear and rescan. In my experience, look for new and changed music can be a little hit and miss - often it's something as simple as the date / time filestamp on the files being earlier than the last scan.
A full clear and rescan doesn't take that much long then the incremental scan (since the incremental scan still has to scan each file to work out which are new and which are old). If you try that, does it sort the problem out ?
