Okay, I have changed the player settings as you suggested, which worked. My apologies for thinking (and implying) that QA wasn't doing it's job. (I have also been on that end.) What I did do is try to change the settings on the server, not the player, thinking that the player would simply show what is requested by the server. My bad. Now my question resolves to "what is the difference between the server and player formatting?" And furthermore, how is that expressed to the general public? Yep - I sure as hell should have figured this out, I have enough experience to have done that, but what about the poor newbe/non-geek?
