Ideally you would have avoided mixed formatting (variable AND fixed components) However, you could try "%ARTIST - ALBUM - front" as the format. The server adds .jpg and I believe it should take the 'folder' part as static text when it doesn't match a variable. the key is that you only need to start with % to trigger the variable checking code.
