I have not heard anything from support since 11/14 when I sent 3 tracks that I could not play while logged-out. Correspondence has been by E-mail, incident number 071031-003301 (among others). The first Email to support was sent 10/31. I have turned to the forums in hopes of a miracle-cure. No miracles yet.
