I was also wondering about the MP3Tunes thing. I have resisted spending for the NAS but I also don't like leaving my computer on all the time. I just looked on their webpage and $40 a year for the premium account is chump change compared to an NAS. If that service works as promised, it seems pretty great. Has anyone actually set it up and if so can you report on how well it works compared to the standard PC based installation?
