mjwhite999, my problems were very similar to yours. I would have to shutdown/power off my SB3 and sometimes have to re-try multiple times to get the thing running. Sometimes it would cut out mid-stream.
The solution that is working for me was to set my router to the furthest channel from all the others being used by my neighbours (in my case channel 1 - found by using netstumbler, thanks Mark) and dis-allow the router from channel hoping (i.e. I tied it to channel 1). I then setup my SB3 manually from the point it asks for an IP adress (I had writen this down when I managed to get connection previously) My SB3 has now been working for a couple of weeks with no issues, whereas before 1 hours streaming was doing well!! -- slim1server ------------------------------------------------------------------------ slim1server's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14740 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=40503 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
