I've reconfigured my network and put a new wireless AP directly to my CableModem/Router bypassing the SonicWall. This worked. I recalled that the sonicwall is configured to require virus protection to allow internet access and of course the SB3 wouldn't have it. Thus it connected fine to the SqueezeCenter within the LAN but not to streams on the Internet.
