Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately, neither of those options are really what I am looking for.
I know that if I download the m3u files from this site and place them in my playlists folder, when I play the playlist, it streams from the site. It's a functional solution, but I was hoping there might be a little more user friendly way to do it.
