Both of these companies are your suppliers of your equipment.
If they have no idea then that is Logitechs fault for not keeping their
suppliers informed.
I found your reply, before the edit, rather arrogant and unnecessary
from a Logitech employee.
The obvious explanation is that not even Logitech themselves know.
