Load your music files in a tag program and look at the tags. That is the only way to know for sure.
Personally, I delete ALL tags except the id 3v2 tags.Very simple to do with mp3 tag. Since I use cover.jpg in each folder I also delete ALL embedded cover art. Cleans tags yield clean results :) I would do as a previous poster suggested. Remove the the playlists.
