I now have it working again. I've done two things at once so am unsure of what has fixed the problem.
I rolled back the Billion's firmware to the previous one (which I only upgraded 2 days ago) + I'm letting the router assign the IP address. I'm thinking it could very well be the latest firmware version on the Billion.
