You should only specify a max if backward compatibility is broken.  To
date, backwards compatibility has never been broken.

Slimp3: all versions
SB2: 6.0 -> latest
SB3: 6.0 -> lastest
Transporter: 6.5.0 -> latest
SBR/SBC: 7.0 -> latest
