You have a couple of options:

America, the phone number is +1 (877)887-8889. For other regions,
visit logitech.com and click on the Support link to get contact info
for other countries.
I'm sure that Logitech's support staff can help address the issue
you're experiencing in signing up for SqueezeNetwork.
