fw86 is in builds of 7.1, not 7.0.1. You can download it here: http://www.slimdevices.com/downloads/nightly/
Note however, that 7.1 is pre-beta and so could be a complete mess :) This includes the fw86 itself, it hasn't been through full testing yet so isn't supported.
