I would like to play my lame mp3 files gaplessly on my UPNP appliances (Dlink DSM-320 and GoVideo). Unfortunately, it appears that the UPNP servers do not offer gapless playback, and most of the focus of development is on video. I'm wondering if I could use Squeezecenter to stream my music files (gaplessly), and have Tversity pick up the stream and transmit it to my UPNP appliances just like it was an internet radio signal, although with native high quality bitrate. Can this be done, and if so how? Thanks for your suggestions.
